Her work integrates psychological theory and techniques with mind-body medicine, with the therapeutic goal of whole-person healing. We discuss the training and certification of a Healing Touch Practitioner and integrating holistic healing into psychology. Healing touch and whole-person healing communicates with the parasympathetic nervous system, but it’s beyond that. There’s a spiritual essence of deep health that can be so powerful.
